Problem
Regarding Email Threading
1 – Beyond “Inclusive Email Internal FileID” & “Is Inclusive” are there any additional fields that can be used during Review for Email threading?
2 – We were looking at the “Admin Reports” > “Inclusive Email Report” and my question is, is the information provided in the report available from the Table list in Review?
3 – We noticed three descriptions in the reports, “Leaf Node”, “Attachment Change” and “Text Change”. Can you provide a description/reason for each and are there any other types?
Resolution
1. Beyond these 2 fields, “Inclusive Email Internal FileID” & “Is Inclusive”, you can use conversationid for email threading
2. In the review table view there is no column for inclusive reason
3. Leaf node is the latest email from the email thread. ( the last from the email thread tree)
Email 1 > forwarded Email 2 > forwarded Email 3> forwarded Email 4
Email 1 > forwarded Email 2 > Forwarded Email 5
Here Forwarded Email 4 and Forwarded Email 5 are leaf nodes.
Attachment Change
In the above email tree if there is change in attachment or attachment is added then that email is considered as inclusive email.
Text Change
In the above email tree if there is change in the forwarded text then those are considered as text change reason for inclusive email.
