SITUATIONS:
A) You have a review that is in progress and a reviewer has "Checked Out" a review batch. During review it became clear the configuration of the review set needed to be modified, prompting a need to delete the review set and create a new one with the proper coding fields.
B) You have a review that is in progress and a reviewer has "Checked Out" a review batch. During review it became necessary for the review set batch to be picked up by a different reviewer, prompting a need to "Check In" the review set so that another user could "Check Out" the remaining un-reviewed documents from the review set batch.
CHECK IN THE BATCHES.
At the top-right corner of the VenioOne interface, click your profile name, then select “Admin Settings” screenshot showing location of Admin Settings menu option
On the left side of the VenioOne interface, Scroll down to Case Admin à Review Set à Manage

Click the ‘View’ icon on the review set you would like to “Check-In”

The purge button will only be visible when a batch that has been checked out and partially reviewed is selected with the checkbox in the batch summary table. Select a batch by using the checkbox in the Batch Summary table. Click ‘Purge’. A pop-up message will ask you to confirm “Re-batching will commit the reviewed documents and create a new batch for remaining documents. If you clicked ‘Yes’ to proceed, the batch summary will now show the remainder of un-reviewed documents are now available to be “Checked-out” by a new reviewer. Screenshot showing availability of review set batch.
It is now possible for another reviewer to "Check out" the review batch remaining, or you may elect to delete the review set batch by clicking the red trash can icon in the action field.
