How to configure Relativity Connector with templates

To configure the Relativity connector template, ensure that your connector is enabled and your environment is properly set up. If you haven't done this yet, please consult the KB articles titled 'How to enable Connector in VOD', and 'How to Configure Relativity Connector with Environment'.

Next, go to the System Admin section and click on 'Connector > Template.'

After clicking on 'Template,' the UI will prompt you to choose the template type: Global or Client Level.

When you select the 'Global' option from the dropdown, you can then choose the production field templates. For guidance on creating production field templates, please refer to the following KB article: 'how to create the production field template'. 

Now, if you select 'Client' from the dropdown, you will need to supply the environment and workspace information.
