How configure Relativity Connector with environment?

In order to configure  the Relativity connector with environment and templets, you'll first need to enable the connector. You can find guidance on how to do this in the KB article titled  'How to enable connector in VOD' .

Next, proceed to the system admin settings and click on the 'Connector' options. Then, under  'Create' click on 'Environment.' Select the 'Relativity' connector, name your environment, and provide your Relativity account's username and password. Please note that we support both 'On-Prem Relativity' and 'RelativityOne.'

Enter the base API URL. Web and Rest API URLs will auto populate once you start typing the base API URL. Once you click the 'Create' button, the Relativity connector environment will be generated. A message will appear in the top left corner to confirm its successful creation.

After successfully creating the environment, you can view the environment list under 'Connector' > 'Manage' > 'Environment.' If you need to make any edits to the environment, you can do so through this user interface.
