- Select the “Backup Project” option.
2. Select Project to Backup
-
- From the “Backup Project Information” screen, use the “Select project” dropdown to choose the project you want to back up. You can also backup multiple case at the same time.
3. Choose Backup Location

- Click the button with three dots ("...") to browse for a backup location. This will open the “Folder Browser”.
- In the “Folder Browser”, navigate to the desired backup destination folder on your network or local repository and click “OK”.
4. Select Backup Options
-

5. Backup Database Files
-
- In the file selection window, navigate to the location where the database backup files (*.bak) are stored. Select the appropriate .bak file(s) for your project, such as "prj_tea_10.bak".
- If you are pointing to the correct database, you shall be able to see the green check mark under the 'status' column.
6. Begin Backup Process

- You will see a “Backup Project Summary” where you can review the tasks. The process will begin, and you can monitor the progress.

- Observe the task status in the “Backup Project Summary” screen. Each task will have an image indicating its status (e.g., a green checkmark for completed tasks).
- Wait for all tasks to complete. The overall status at the bottom of the window should eventually indicate “Project Backup: Completed”.
8. Verify Backup
-
- It's important to verify that the backup was successful. Navigate to the backup location and ensure that the backup files are present and have the current date and time. A fully backed up case looks as follows:
