Venio Console: Health Check fails at Fail to tiff sample pdf documents

Problem

Health check fails with the message: Fail to tiff sample pdf documents. It looks as follows

Resolution:

Go to the acrobat reader. Disable 'Enable Protected mode at startup' under File>Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)

After this rerun the health check.
