Venio Console: Venio Manual Image Printer is not found

If you do not have administrator rights, please contact someone in your organization who does or your IT department.

If you do have administrator rights, close venio console. 

Right-click the launcher for the console, then select 'Run as administrator'

Login to venio as normal, and attempt to manual image. This time you should be able to install the printer when prompted by the first pop-up warning without the second failure appearing.

You can also resolve this issue using an administrator elevated command prompt from the console machine location: "C:\Program Files\Venio\BI Printer Installer\"

  • Type the following command and press 'ENTER' key after the command.

    • VenioBIInstallerConsole.exe INSTALL 1 MANUAL_TIFF
