How do we search if we have a load file of Original File Path?

Resolution

1. Create a custom field. Make sure to make it searchable.  Also please make sure to put it under permitted fields from Field Security tab.

2. We cannot have original file name field in the load from file drop down dropdown, but we can have the searchable custom field that we just created. There fore we can copy the original file name field to this custom field we created. 
Do a search>View all>right click overlay custom fields>All.

3. Then go to By Field Value Tab. Map Original File name with the custom field you created.
This will copy the original file name to this custom field.

4. After this from the drop down you can select the custom filed and upload the load file with original file names and run the search.
