Problem:
VenioPCD database and Project database are on different servers. We were not able to create a project. Error message reads like Xml data type is not supported in the distributed queries. Venio Version 8.4.0.0
The scripts below will resolve the Multi-SQL server issue. Run the scripts in the following order
1. UPGRADE PROJECTDATABASE PATCH SCRIPT
2. SP_CREATE_PROJECT_DATABASE
3. pcd_upgrade
Note: This is tested for version 8.4.0.0. For future version there might be some modifications in the script.
