What is the basic workflow of import process in VOD?

Please follow these instructions for importing structured data:

1. Begin by uploading the structured data in a zip file.

2. Once the zip file is uploaded, you will receive two notifications. The first notification will indicate the    completion of the upload, and the second notification will notify you when the import analysis is complete.

3. Click on the 'Import Analysis' notification to initiate the import process.

4. You will then be prompted to choose the load file for the import.

5. After this step, map the file paths for full text, natives, and, if applicable, the field that identifies the images (e.g., bates number) for import. 
Ensure that you identify the correct field from your load file, which has the Full Text path and the Native path. Select these load file fields to map the full text and the native file paths. Additionally, when you are importing images as well, please make sure to identify which field you are selecting to map with the image mapping field. 

Proceed to map the Venio and load file fields as required.

6. Before finalizing the import, the system will perform a validation process. If the validation is successful, the import process will commence.
