Assuming the user has Admin rights, these steps can help unlock the media:
- Open the project/case from the VenioOne Console.
- Locate the locked media in the custodian/media list.
- click the checkbox on the row(s) containing the media name.
- Select "Unlock Media" from the Console's Quick Actions menu at the left of the window
- A prompt will appear, asking for your username and password.
- Enter your username in the "User Name" field.
- Enter your password in the "Password" field.
- Click "OK" to submit your credentials and unlock the media.
- Once the media has been successfully unlocked, refresh the custodian/media list to update its status.
Remember, this process should only be used if the system did not or could not unlock the media automatically, and you have the necessary Admin rights to perform this action.
After unlock is completed, the media can be edited/deleted either from the console or from OnDemand.
