Venio Console: Tiff jobs are not picking up

Problem

My tiff job is not picking up at all.

Resolution

Please make sure that your Distributed service is running. After that please check the following.

Navigate to Distributed Service Management. Right Click and check the settings for the Imaging Engine

The settings from the above screenshot should match with the project's settings.

Navigate to  Edit Project>>Image File Type Settings

Now, the settings in Distributed Service Management and Image File type Settings should match.

If the imaging engines are set to 'NO' in the Distributed Service Management , then the setting for the corresponding file type group has to be selected as 'non-native imaging engine'  else if the imaging engine are set to 'YES' in the Distributed Service Management , then the imaging engine for that  file type group should be selected as 'native imagine engine'.

For example in Distributed Service Management, the setting 'Enable MS Outlook Imaging Engine' is set to NO, then on Project settings>> Image File type setting, for File Type Group: Email, non-native Imaging engine should be selected. 

Else if in Distributed Service Management, the setting 'Enable MS Outlook Imaging Engine' is set to YES, then on Project settings>> Image File type setting, for File Type Group: Email,  Imaging engine i.e. MS Outlook imaging engine should be selected. 

Same applies for other FileType Group.
