Generating an offline license

1. please add following two lines at "c:\Program Files\Venio\VenioFPR\VenioSetup.ini" in the Venio console
2. If [LICENSE] section already exists; just add EnableOfflineLic = True below it.

Once the .ini is updated; please run Venio console and you should see option to generate offline license key.
