Problem
Media was stuck in processing and scanning for a project
Resolution
It was found that there was no stored procedure in the project which would queue the file for ingestion in the legacy engine. The project was a restored project and might not have been upgraded properly. The stored procedure is added for ingestion and the ingestion should start working. Attached is the sql script to run to upgrade the project(s)
