Problem
When generating a license REQ file, the process uses either some or all of the information contained in the config.ini file on the console to generate the REQ file.
This can lead to other components not having a matching config.ini file, which means that the license is not applied to them.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that all components have the same name. For example, if the console has been using the fully qualified domain name (fqdn) and the rest have been using the simple name, then use the same name across all components.
Once the components all have the same name, generate a new REQ file to supply to Venio Support team. Once you receive the new license and apply it this should ensure that the license is applied to all component
