Search Hit Terms Report is available only for Search Term load file search. There are four types of search hit terms reports.
1. Hits per term report (Project level): This report shows the total number of document hits for each term in the load file at the Project Level.
2. Hits per term report (Custodian level): This report shows the total number of document hits for each term in the load file at the Custodian Level.
3. Hit terms per document report (Project level): This report shows the terms that were hit for each of the files in the search results at the Project Level.
4. Hit terms per document report (Custodian level): This report shows the terms that were hit for each of the files in the search results at the Custodian Level.

Search Term = Search expression or term.
Total Document Hit Number = The total number of the document hit by the search term.
Family Count = The total number of the document hit by the search term including Family.
Direct Hit File Size = The sum of sizes of the documents hit by the search term.
Family File Size = The sum of sizes of the documents hit by the search term including the family.
Unique Hits = The document count hit by only searched term ( selected term in the report) but not hit by any other terms in the load file.
Unique Hits Family Count = The document count hit by only searched term ( selected term in the report) but not hit by any other terms in the load file including the family.
Unique Hits (%) = The percentage of the unique hit count on total document hit count .
