When a user belongs to the Internal Client group and creates a project from VOD, the project is automatically associated with the same client the user belongs to—in this case, the Internal Client.
However, if you want to create a project for a different client, you should create the project through the Console. During the setup process, you’ll be able to select the correct client in Step 3 of the Project Setup Wizard.
After creating the project, make sure to place its folder in the correct client directory within the repository. \\<Your Shared Path>\<Client Name>\Case\<Project Name>
This is the same folder format that VOD uses when creating project folders during file uploads. Following this structure ensures consistency whether projects are created via VOD or through the Console.
