Pre-requisite: Ensure that MS Office Outlook is installed on the machine. If you have MS Office, you should be able to locate the ScanPST.exe tool.
1. Configure your Distributed service management to enable the Scan PST.
Go to your Distributed Service Management settings and set 'Enable Scan PST' to 'Yes'. Make sure to save this change and re-run the health check.

2. Navigate to your case and select Reprocess.

3. Select Exception Type and Update Bulk Settings:
- Choose the appropriate exception type based on your needs.
- In the Bulk Settings, check the 'Scan PST' checkbox.
- Select your PST. Ensure the 'Detail' field for your selected PST file has the 'Bulk setting' option selected from the dropdown.

4. Click the Reprocess button. This will create the 'Replacement/Reprocessing' job and will include the ScanPST operation.
